Processing Time

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times listed above. Most delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons caused by the customer (such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or the recipient being unavailable), or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender (sinulux.shop) at the customer’s expense.

Any additional costs incurred (including return shipping and handling fees) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
